How Does It Work?

In order to participate, organizations must have a minimum total of 10 staff, board, and/or independent contractors. Each participating organization will administer our secure, 7-minute, self-report survey that collects demographic and inclusion information - including race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, and disability status from each individual. All demographic questions have an "I decline to state" option.

Organizations that reach the required participation threshold will receive a comparative workforce report that illuminates their strengths, challenges, and opportunities. The customized report provides valuable insights for organizations committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, and it aligns with Guidestar profile questions on workforce demographics, making this information easier to provide.

In order to support Spanish-language speakers, our survey, landing page, and FAQs will be accessible in Spanish.
