The League of American Orchestras has released "Orchestra Facts: 2006-2014," the first in a series of reports commissioned by the League of American Orchestras. It uses multiple data sources, including DataArts data, to examine orchestra operations and finances from 2006-2014. It outlines and examines the scope of the orchestra field, the level of orchestra performance activity and participation, and orchestra finances. The report is intended to shape public dialogue around the role of orchestras within the arts and cultural landscape, and to inform the work that orchestras do.
