"On February 26, 2016 at Pittsburgh Playwrights Theatre, Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council presented Culture Counts Across Communities, a convening of arts and culture leaders, business professionals, political leaders, artists and cultural workers to discuss baseline data on the area’s arts and culture sector. In addition to presentations of Culture Counts, a data report, the gathering considered critical questions regarding the context and positioning of the creative community in our region: How healthy is the arts and culture community of Greater Pittsburgh? Is it more (or less) as healthy as it was in 2010? How does the sector compare to those in metro areas nationwide?"
