Arts & Economic Prosperity IV™, a nationwide research study being conducted by Americans for the Arts, has gained a powerful ally in the New York State cultural sector. The Chenango County Council of the Arts announced on February 14 that it has joined the study, which will evaluate the role nonprofit arts organizations play in their local economies.
