PHILADELPHIA, PA - As we approach the close of 2016, thousands of participating arts and cultural organizations have now had a full season to become acquainted with DataArts’ next generation technology platform and Cultural Data Profile. Our front-line staff, particularly our Support Center team, have received lots of positive feedback from new and long-time participants completing their CDP for the first time with the new system. We are hearing time and time again that newly introduced features have been very helpful. Preliminary results from our post-launch evaluation survey indicate that our users find the new navigation intuitive and the platform visually appealing. Users are also pleased with new program activity questions.
We are thrilled to receive this news as we continue to enhance and expand our services!
DataArts has now added a new selection of upgraded reports and capabilities to the system that enable participants to draw valuable insights from their data for use by management, boards, and grantmakers. We invite our DataArts participants to log in and take advantage of the following:
Kathleen Spehar, Director of The O’Shaughnessy, an arts affiliate of St. Catherine University and the second-largest theatrical venue in St. Paul, MN., notes of these useful new features, “I like that the dashboard now allows summary reports in marketing, fundraising, and attendance. We can generate a simple annual report, complete with graphs and pie charts. The new analytics reports compare data across fiscal years in an easily usable format.”
We will continue to update the DataArts platform and CDP to provide our users with the best data management experience possible and the ability to easily apply for funding, run reports, and fully experience the benefits that data-informed decision making can offer cultural nonprofits of all sizes and disciplines. Stay tuned for announcements about more new features coming in 2017.
