  • Posted Jun 14, 2016

DataArts is very excited and appreciative to be one of The Pew Center for Arts & Heritage's 2016 Advancement Grant recipients! Pew Center for Arts & Heritage has pledged $10 million in grants to 12 Pew Fellows, 36 projects, and 5 cultural instituions. The Advancement Grant that DataArts received will go toward:

"A new technology platform [that] will enhance and streamline DataArts’ data collection and analysis tools, used nationally by thousands of cultural nonprofits to drive data-informed decision-making. The user-friendly platform will support the organization’s new business model by helping customers input and leverage information more easily, lowering costs to users, and establishing a path for DataArts to become the standard for data collection in the nonprofit cultural sector. Formerly known as the Cultural Data Project, DataArts seeks to strengthen the sector’s vitality, performance, and public impact by equipping organizations to collect, learn from, and use data effectively."
