Mary Garcia Charumilind joined DataArts in 2014 and helps grantmakers and service organizations secure the DataArts services that will help to further their impact. Mary previously worked for Temple University’s Center for the Arts, and prior to that, for Boston Ballet. She originally trained as a ballet dancer and teaching artist at Walnut Hill, Ballet Chicago, Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, and the New York City Ballet Education Department; and she founded the University Ballet of Chicago in 2001. She holds a BA in Arts Administration from Simmons College and an MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business, where she served as Vice President of Marketing Communications for the Net Impact Graduate Chapter and as a Fox Board Fellow at BalletX.
