The CDP today released a new report, Bridging the Capacity Gap: Cultural Practitioners’ Perspectives on Data, which shares findings from five town hall meetings conducted as part of its ongoing conversation with cultural practitioners about how data can be used to improve the health and effectiveness of the arts and cultural sector.
The Cultural Data Project today announced that two new members have been elected to its national Board of Directors: Karen Roter Davis, general manager of Urban Engines, a Los Altos, California-based global provider of software and analytics solutions to improve urban mobility, and Rich Mintz, executive vice president of Blue State Digital, a digital strategy agency and technology company headquartered in New York City.

As of April 1, the Cultural Data Project has made the big leap to independence!
The CDP is delighted to announce that on June 1st, Minnesota will become the 12th state to join the Cultural Data Project. The launch will allow the state’s arts, cultural, and historical sectors to begin using hard data to make the case for their impact throughout the state.
