DataArts, formerly the Cultural Data Project, was founded to bring the language and leverage of data to the business of culture. DataArts empowers the nonprofit arts and cultural sector with high-quality data and resources in order to strengthen its vitality, performance, and public impact.
In 2016, DataArts launched an innovative technology platform to host its flagship service, the Cultural Data Profile (CDP), which thousands of cultural nonprofits complete annually to report on their finances and programmatic activities as a standardized part of grant applications to hundreds of participating grantmaker partners nationwide.
The Partner Solutions team provides support and service to public funding agencies, private foundation partners, and national service organizations helping them derive maximum value from their participation in the system. DataArts will further develop the tech-savvy applicant’s knowledge and skills by providing technical training in its proprietary data collection and reporting systems. We seek a high-energy customer-service professional who is self-motivated, accountable, empathetic, flexible, friendly, and team-oriented to serve as Partner Solutions Associate.
The Partner Solutions Associate reports to the Manager, Partner Solutions and is principally responsible for: i) providing new and existing partners an introduction to the DataArts software platform and suite of tools; ii) facilitating their implementation of the CDP and system resources for their grantmaking or data collection programs; and iii) assisting in their communications with applicants and member organizations about the CDP. By stewarding and strengthening grantmaker partner relationships with DataArts through superior customer service, the Partner Solutions Associate also plays a crucial role in securing annual contract renewals as part of an overall resource development strategy. Additionally, the Associate will be an important communications liaison between these partners and DataArts, identifying trends and customer needs and working with the Business and Product Development teams to translate those insights into new and improved service offerings. The Partner Solutions Associate will develop an in-depth knowledge of the CDP and other resources for grantmakers and cultural nonprofits and will offer support to DataArts’ Support Center throughout the year and especially during high volume grant seasons to help ensure they have the information they need on all grant deadlines to ensure applicants easily complete their object of applying for grants.Responsibilities
